McKenzie, the admin person was very understanding, helpful and kind. When I suggested a solution, she was very receptive and thankful.

So, McKenzie, the admin person called me to apologize. She was very understanding and offered me a better deal to make up for the disappointment.
The new heat pump arrived this morning.
IT DID NOT FIT INTO THE ALLOCATED SPACE!!!!!!
So, I still do not have a heat pump and I am even more disappointed.
Not sure how this company got the good reviews.

I called Mr. Furnace in St. Catharine's on the advice of a local contractor, who suggested that this company may have a product that suits my needs.
Their representative, Vince, came the next day and explained the heat pump to me and how it would work for my situation. So, I decided to buy a heat pump.
Vince informed me that I was expected to pay in advance and that they preferred I pay by cheque, so I wrote a large cheque and Vince booked the installation for today.
Yesterday I received an electronic message reminding me of the installation today. It stated that the technician would arrive "between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm".
This morning I got up early to make sure to be up when the technician arrived. I moved my car so that they would be able to park in the driveway and I removed items from the work zone. I received another confirmation that the technician would arrive as stated. I confirmed and received notification of the confirmation.
NO TECHNICIAN HAS COME TODAY AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. NO HEAT PUMP HAS BEEN INSTALLED!!!
So much for all the great feedback from customers. I am beyond disappointed.
