A Message from Our GM, Randy Norton

Randy brings over forty years of HVAC experience to our team and has been with us since 1979. Randy has first-hand experience in a wide variety of roles, from sales representative to sales manager to general manager.

Randy has deep roots in our community, including coaching Optimist Baseball and CYO hockey and basketball. He has been a long time Lions member and was the president of the Merritton Lions Club for thirty-five years. He is also a member of the WHEO business club and has served as their president.

Randy has built his career and his personal life on a foundation of integrity, just like the rest of the Mr. Furnace team. He has dedicated his life to treating others as he would like to be treated and believes that you should treat every customer with honesty and respect. After all, we only get out of life what we put into it. He works hard every day to ensure that he and his team maintain the high customer service standards we have set for ourselves.

Each company is only as good as its people, which is why Randy ensures that each and every team member has the training they need to succeed and the heart they need to let our customers know we care.

When he isn’t working hard at Mr. Furnace Randy sings with the Chapel Singers and the Grace Notes Gospel Ensemble, and volunteers with Curtains Up Productions.
